Free shipping is offered for all online purchases of $75 or more. Free shipping offer does not apply to international orders shipping outside of the United States.

All packages are shipped via USPS. USPS orders are processed within USPS shipping days of Monday-Saturday.
We do not currently support international orders. If you are seeking to purchase our products internationally, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Please note that we explicitly forbid the sale of our products to the following countries:
China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Iran, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, United Arab Emirates, and India.
All additional shipping methods and rates are listed when you place your order at check out. In the event that you receive the message, “No shipping rates available for your area”, this means that we currently do not ship to the address or location that you have provided.
In the unlikely event that a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative replacement item, or may at our discretion remove the item from your order and issue a refund back to your credit card or other method of payment.
Damaged Or Missing Products/Order:
In the event that you receive your order and there is product damage, please take a picture of the products immediately and e-mail them along with a brief description of the problem to email@example.com, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped. All orders shipping via our free shipping offer will be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail (larger orders) and will usually be delivered within 2 to 8 business days after your order is processed. USPS Priority Mail is usually delivered within 2-4 days of being shipped. Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed.
Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of Delta Lites LLC and must be resolved by contacting USPS (see contact information below).

Once an order has shipped we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above.
